What our Spa Associates Do:
- Welcome and greet guests and create an exceptional first impression.
- Educate clients on membership benefits, spa services, and promotions.
- Consistently meet and exceed membership sales goals.
- Build lasting relationships with members and guests.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries.
- Sell memberships, gift cards, enhancements, and spa packages.
- Follow up with prospective and existing members.
- Promote health and wellness benefits of massage therapy and skincare services.
- Help maintain a professional, clean and inviting spa environment
- Support teammates and contribute to a positive spa culture
What we're Looking For
- Previous sales, retail, hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
- Comfortable discussing memberships and asking for the sale.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and remain profession in a busy environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
- Team player who enjoys celebrating wins together.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
